Reports

Every standard financial report, each generated as a PDF for a chosen date range, plus an archive of everything you've generated before.

The tabs

• Income statement - revenue and expenses for the period, down to net result.
• Balance sheet - assets, liabilities, and equity as of a chosen date.
• Trial balance - every account's debit/credit balance, the standard end-of-period sanity check.
• VAT report - the same figures as VAT return, in report form for a chosen range rather than one filing period at a time.
• Journal - a printable version of the Journal page's voucher list.
• General ledger - every posted line, grouped by account.
• Documents - the archive of every report PDF generated from this page (and from VAT return) in the past, browsable without regenerating anything.

Date ranges

Every report except the archive tab takes a from/to date range and a Generate/Preview action - the underlying numbers always come straight from posted vouchers, so a report regenerated later for the same range will always match.
